Shipping Policy
Every order of Big Chief carts, disposables, pre rolls, flower and concentrates ships from California in plain, sealed packaging with tracking. This page explains what shipping costs, how long it takes, how we pack your order, and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.
If you have not ordered from us before, read how to order first. It walks through the checkout and payment steps that happen before any of this shipping information applies.
Big Chief Carts Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We keep the rates flat so you know the cost before you reach checkout. Rates are per order, not per item, so a single cart and a six pack of carts ship for the same price.

Delivery times start the day your payment clears, not the day you place the order. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.
When Your Order Actually Ships
Orders are confirmed by payment, so the clock starts once your payment lands. Here is the sequence.
- You place the order and choose a payment method at checkout.
- We email and text you, usually within a few hours. Reply Ready to pay and we send the payment details.
- You pay and send a screenshot as proof.
- We pack the order the same day if payment clears before our afternoon cutoff, otherwise the next business day.
- You get a tracking number by email once the label scans with the carrier.
Payments made over a weekend are packed on the next business day. Express orders paid after the cutoff go out first thing the following morning.
Why we ask for a phone number
The phone field at checkout is required because carriers use it for delivery attempts and because we send payment and tracking updates by text. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 states and to most international destinations. Anything outside the United States uses the international rate above and can be held longer by customs.
You are responsible for knowing the rules where you live. Some states and most countries restrict THC products, and any duties, taxes or import fees on an international order are yours to pay. We cannot refund an order that is seized by customs or by a state authority.
How Your Order Is Packaged
Discreet means discreet. There is no branding on the outside of the box, no chief head logo, no mention of cannabis, and nothing on the label that says what is inside. The return address is a generic business name.
Inside, cartridges and disposables are wrapped individually and padded so the glass does not move in transit. Flower and pre rolls ship in sealed, smell proof bags. Concentrates get a rigid inner box because badder and sauce jars crack if they are loose.
Every product keeps its original packaging with the batch label and the QR code intact, so you can verify it the moment it arrives. If a package shows up already opened, do not use the contents. Photograph it and contact us.
Tracking Your Package
Tracking numbers go out by email as soon as the carrier scans the label. It can take up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear, so a number that shows nothing on the first evening is normal.
If tracking has not updated in four business days, message us. We open a trace with the carrier on your behalf rather than asking you to sit on hold with them.
Lost, Late and Damaged Packages
Things go wrong occasionally, and we would rather fix it than argue about it. Contact us through the contact page with your order number and we will work through it.
- Damaged in transit. Send photos of the box and the product within 48 hours of delivery. We replace broken carts and cracked concentrate jars.
- Missing items. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of everything that was in the box.
- Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived. Check with anyone else at the address and with your neighbors first, then contact us. We file a carrier claim, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to resolve.
- Late package. Standard delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers get backed up around holidays. Express delays are a different matter, and we refund the express upgrade if we caused the delay.

Wrong Address and Failed Deliveries
Check your shipping address before you pay. Once a label is printed we usually cannot change it.
If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it once you cover the return shipping. If a package is refused at delivery, the original shipping cost is not refunded.
Shipping FAQ
How long does Big Chief carts shipping take in the US?
Standard is 5 to 7 business days from the day payment clears. Express is 24 hours. Both are measured in business days, so a Friday payment on standard shipping usually lands the following Thursday or Friday.
Is the packaging really discreet?
Yes. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents or the brand, and the return address is a plain business name. Smell proof bags are used for flower and pre rolls.
Do you ship to states where THC is not legal?
We ship nationwide, but you are responsible for the laws where you live. We cannot replace or refund an order that is intercepted.
Can I get free shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate rather than a free tier. If you want to keep the per item cost down, order several products at once, since one $20 standard label covers the whole order.
Which payment methods ship fastest?
Chime and Bitcoin clear quickest and both carry a 10 percent discount, so orders paid that way tend to leave the same day. Every accepted method is listed on the how to order page.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Only before the label is printed. Message us immediately with your order number and we will change it if the package has not gone out yet.
